HPV Digital Register Project Workshop

The HPV Digital Register Project Workshop was organized to strengthen understanding and adoption of digital systems in tracking Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination and related health data. The workshop brought together key stakeholders, including health practitioners, program officers, data managers, and partners, to build capacity on the use of digital registers as a tool for improving accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of HPV-related information.

During the workshop, participants were introduced to the objectives of the HPV Digital Register Project, with a strong focus on how digital solutions can enhance data collection, reporting, and decision-making within public health programs. Practical sessions were conducted to demonstrate how the digital register works, highlighting its role in reducing data gaps, minimizing errors associated with manual records, and supporting timely follow-up and monitoring.

The workshop also created space for discussion on challenges, data protection, and the sustainability of digital health systems. Participants shared experiences from the field and explored ways to integrate the digital register into existing health information systems. Overall, the workshop reinforced the importance of innovation and collaboration in strengthening HPV prevention efforts and improving health outcomes through reliable, real-time data.
