Joselyn Racheal Kiwanuka K. is a social development practitioner and researcher with experience in parenting interventions, child protection, early childhood development, and community-based programming. She has worked closely with local governments, civil society organizations, and communities to promote positive parenting, prevent violence against children, and strengthen family well-being in Uganda. Her interests include programme scalability, implementation research, capacity strengthening, and evidence-based social interventions.
