Priscillah R. Ainebyoona is the Administrator at Child Health and Development Centre (CHDC), College of Health Sciences, Makerere University. I am a Psychologist with vast experience in Human Resources Management, Administration, and Coordinating trainings.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University, a Master of Philosophy in Health Promotion from the University of Bergen, Norway, and a Certificate in Workplace Counselling.
I have training and knowledge of ISO certification and standards, specifically in ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 15189 (Medical Laboratories-Requirements for Quality and Competence), and ISO 19011 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems).
I have special interest in gaining more knowledge and insights about institutional care for disadvantaged children, an area that my Master’s research focused on, “Children Orphaned by HIV/AIDS Living in Orphanages: What Enables Them to Thrive.”
